Privacy policy
This site is operated by Pacidi BV (the "data controller"). It sets no cookies, includes no tracking scripts, no analytics, and no third-party embeds. The sections below describe what happens when you send an inquiry.
Data collected
Only what you voluntarily include in an email to pj@pacidi.be: typically your name, email address, organization, and the message you choose to send.
Purpose
Responding to your inquiry and, if an engagement proceeds, conducting the engagement.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps taken at your request and, where an engagement follows, performance of the contract.
Retention
Inquiry emails are retained for up to 24 months. Records related to an executed engagement (invoices, contracts) are retained for 7 years in accordance with Belgian accounting law.
Third parties
Email delivery is handled by the inbox provider for pj@pacidi.be. No form processor, CRM, marketing, or analytics provider is used.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, write to pj@pacidi.be.
Complaints
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit) ↗ .
